Analog Photography Collaborations
Photographer-Sherif Magdy (@myvisualrealm) is a self taught analog photographer based in Cairo, Egypt. Being introduced to the film world only a year ago, he immersed himself fully into what became his passion, craft and expertise. He expands his horizons through exploring different styles, films and gears. You'll always notice a distinct look and style with Sherif's photographs as he endlessly captures the warmth, beauty and stillness in his surroundings.
Drifted Series- a series dedicated to all the wanderers, travelers and drifters who take the time to slowly observe and capture the intricate details of their surroundings, creating a world of their own.
Photographer-Nadine Aboud (@nadineaboud) is an analog enthusiast based in Cairo, Egypt. She began exploring the world of film photography in 2018 and instantly fell in love. Having grown up as part of a generation that feels compelled to visually document in abundance, Nadine appreciates how analog photography has taught her to slow down, be patient as well as mindful to the details of her surroundings. Film Photography is a meditative journey for her.
Alignment Series- Finding harmony and balance in everyday life.
Photographer-Airida Bodhi (@airida_bodhi) is a filmmaker based in Lithuania. During school she bought her first analog camera and started experimenting with multiple exposure. Coincidence driven rather than edited, collages caught her interest as she found these unexpected and mysterious results deeply fascinating. She admires the surreal feeling and the sense of dynamic movement the photos emit.
Stillness in Motion Series- Finding stillness through life's motions.
Photographer-Ramy Rainier aka (@lomovors) was eager to start photography but didn't want to invest in a digital camera. His father then gave him his precious Olympus trip 35mm camera. Lomovros took it with him on a trip to Jordan and instantly fell in love with photography. After returning to Egypt, he taught himself how to develop and built his own darkroom to be able to print and breathe life into his work. Photography has always been a tangible and timeless craft and that's why you'll always find a camera on him.
Life in Black & White- Finding stillness through life's motions.
